Program Note
Inspired by the Poem titled My Wife by Andre Cardenas, this piano piece was commissioned for my lovely wife, Hannah Bryce Child, for our wedding day as the piece that she walked down the aisle to.
Our relationship was anything but ordinary, but the constant variable in our relationship was each other. Through school and work, trouble and prosperity, she was always by my side. And we will move forward through the rest of our lives together with joy and with love, hand in hand.
